Financial Aid

Financial Aid Services and Fee Bills at UConn Waterbury are managed by the Bursar's Office at UConn Waterbury. The Bursar's Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is located on the second floor, in the Student Services Suite.

After you have completed all of the forms, you can check your financial aid status by contacting Kit Casey, Bursar and Director of Student Services, at (203) 236-9829 or email kit.casey@uconn.edu.

 

Fee Bills for the fall semester are mailed to all incoming students during the first week of July. Fee bills are due by August 1st. Fee bills for the spring semester are mailed to all incoming students in November. Payment is due the first week in January. If a student does not receive a fee bill in the mail, s/he should contact Sandy Rinaldi, Financial Assistant, at (203) 236-9807 or email sandra.rinaldi@uconn.edu. Payment is expected in full at the beginning of each semester and may be subject to a $50 late fee.

Payment for fee bills can be made by:

  • Check - made payable to The University of Connecticut
  • Cash - dropped off at the Bursar's Office
  • Diner, Mastercard, Discover - through the student's Peoplesoft account with a convenience fee of 2.5%.
  • E-Check (Electronic Check) - there is a $5.00 fee for the e-check.
  • Monthly Payment Plan - through Tuition Management Systems.
