Registration Services
The Office of Registration Services at UConn Waterbury provides quality services to students, academic and administration departments, alumni and the public. This office compiles information about undergraduate courses and programs, registers students, processes grades and monitor degree and other academic program progress.
The Registration Services Coordinator is Bette Ellis. She can be reached at (203) 236-9819 or at bette.ellis@uconn.edu.
The Office of Registration Services is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The office is located on the second floor, in the Student Services Suite. Students are welcomed to walk in for assistance.
Students can pick up the following forms from this office:
Audit Card
Campus Change
Class Registration Applications
Name or Address Change
Schedule Revision Request (Drop/Add)

Unofficial transcripts are available upon request. Official transcripts can only be obtained from the Storrs campus. Students may also request an official transcript on line.
Official transcripts, certification and verification of enrollment and graduation diplomas are managed through the Office of the Registrar at Storrs. Click here for the University Registrar's home page.
Students can print out their own verification on their PeopleSoft accounts. Enrollment verification is only updated in PeopleSoft after the Add/Drop period has ended.
Please note that forms that students print out through PeopleSoft will not be signed or have the official school seal.
